This week was a busy and exciting one! We did a lot this week as things started wrapping up for the year!
We had Home Shepherd Groups after the regular church service on Sunday. So we had a little extra time in the evening. Cheyenne worked on her cake for Monday evening, and Jon read a few books to Shelby. (I think Clayton and Paige were playing a game in his room.)
Cheyenne finished up her cake by decorating it with the American Heritage Girls logo. She made a red velvet cake from scratch to enter into a contest Monday evening for their end-of-the-year ceremony. We've thoroughly enjoyed being a part of such a wonderful group, and Cheyenne is already ready to start back (she was not looking forward to the break from AHG)!
Clayton received his official Trail Life uniform at the meeting Monday night. He couldn't wait to try it on after getting up Tuesday morning!
On Wednesday we went to the zoo with Bethany and her kiddos. The kids had a great time - and I actually got a picture with all of them looking at the camera (well, except the baby)!
On Thursday we participated in field day with Hamilton Mill Homeschool Moms group. The kids loved all the games and relay races. And the weather was absolutely wonderful!
Friday evening we decided to go to a movie on the lawn at Hebron. Clayton found some people to play with in the field before the movie started!
A project I was working on Saturday. The print is from Hope Ink (a freebie that I got from the most recent ebook bundle).
